Skyport Airport Hospitality Was Seeking a Signage Upgrade

Skyport owns and operates 32 restaurants in airports such as Denver International and Phoenix Sky Harbor. In mid-2017, Skyport was looking for a more affordable and more reliable digital signage provider with better warranty options. Moreover, they needed signage software that could manage dozens of players across hundreds of screens.

Hands-on, On-Site, Personal Installation and On-Boarding

After carefully evaluating five different providers, Skyport awarded the job to Keywest Technology due to an approachable price point, customizable cloud-based software, and solid reputation within the industry.

For the first engagement, Keywest representatives travelled on-site to the Skyport offices in Denver to on-board all hardware and software. In addition, Keywest helped personally install and set up various complicated installations such as multi-screen video walls.

Positioned For Future Growth

Starting originally with just six screens in Denver, Skyport has since rolled out Keywest Technology to all of their locations across the country. Over the last two and a half years, Skyport has seen reduced management costs and continues to grow their relationship with Keywest as they expand into JFK International and Nashville International.
