Keywest Technology will be closed Friday, July 3rd through Monday, July 6th, to celebrate the Independence Day holiday with our families and friends. We will resume normal business hours Tuesday, July 7th.
TotalCARE® is our no-worry warranty. It comes standard with Keywest turnkey systems, which includes LogoSTAR-300, HD-Video POD and MediaXtreme Broadcast series. TotalCARE coverage for turnkey systems include hardware warranty, software maintenance and our unsurpassed comprehensive support for one-full year. Optionally, TotalCARE can be added to our digital signage software as an annual maintenance/support contract. Now you know why we say, "technically, it's a day at the beach."

Beyond the initial 90 days of factory support, Keywest digital signage
clients can easily add our TotalCARE software maintenance and support
for up to
five years.
All MediaZone, InfoZone and MediaXtreme Interactive products can be
diagnosed
and maintained remotely
through an IP connection. A broadband connection with Internet access is required. Please contact us for a multi-unit discount and quote.
Extend TotalCARE on Keywest Turnkey Broadcast Systems
Product hardware warranty, software maintenance and customer support
can be extended beyond the initial one-year warranty period for up to
five years.
All MediaXtreme Broadcast and LogoSTAR-300 products can be diagnosed
and maintained remotely
