Product warranties and our caring customer support that are part of TotalCARE can be extended beyond the initial one-year warranty period for up to five years. All MediaXtreme Broadcast and Digital Signage products can be diagnosed and maintained remotely through an IP connection.
A broadband connection is required. 

Keywest Technology's TotalCARE warranty provides 24/7 support with all purchases made through authorized Keywest Technology resellers.
