Software Maintenance

Keywest Technology offers users a software maintenance package as part of the TotalCARE® warranty that lets you stay up-to-date on the latest versions of MediaXtreme Broadcast and Signage software.

Extend TotalCARE on Keywest Digital Signage Software
Beyond the initial 90 days of factory support, Keywest digital signage clients can easily add our TotalCARE software maintenance and support for up to five years. All MediaZone, InfoZone and MediaXtreme Interactive products can be diagnosed and maintained remotely through an IP connection.
A broadband connection with Internet access is required.  Please contact us for a multi-unit discount and quote.

Extend TotalCARE on Keywest Turnkey Broadcast Systems
Product hardware warranty, software maintenance and customer support can be extended beyond the initial one-year warranty period for up to five years. All MediaXtreme Broadcast and LogoSTAR-300 products can be diagnosed and maintained remotely through an IP connection.
A broadband connection with Internet access is required. If you have multiple products, please contact us for a multi-unit discount and quote.

Software Patches

The MediaXtreme software will be upgraded from time to time. Upgrades may consist of new features and options and occasional bug fixes.

Typically, users may upgrade at anytime. Software version upgrades are handled directly by our support staff. Once the version and serial number of your unit has been determined, tech support will send a software version upgrade on a CD.

Software patches can be sent to the MediaXtreme over your existing network connection. They are usually small files that fix bugs.
