Keywest Technology's TotalCARE hassle-free guarantee has just gotten even better.Keywest Technology has announced a major enhancement to its TotalCARE no-worries guarantee that takes the pain out of exchanging systems.

The new return policy, which covers the MediaXreme Broadcast and Signage systems, is designed to minimize the time customers are without a functioning unit.

Customers who own one of these units that's under warranty will receive an advance replacement unit that will ship upon Keywest Technology issuing an RMA. In the past, Keywest Technology would not ship a replacement until receiving a customer's malfunctioning unit. The net result of that approach was longer downtimes without a functioning unit.

The new service-exchange policy puts in place a mechanism for customers with mission-critical models to receive a replacement unit in the shortest time possible at no additional charge (with the exception of shipping charges).

For customers with units outside warranty coverage, a base charge will apply. Replacement units for these customers will be shipped within 48 hours, provided one is available.
