The move means customers in virtually every time zone worldwide have a window during their day to reach live technical support.

(LENEXA, KS) July 26, 2007 - Keywest Technology today announced it has extended its TotalCARE technical support hours so customers in nearly all time zones worldwide can reach live technical support during their work day.

Live TotalCARE support hours now run from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Central DST) Monday through Friday. The extension means the company's U.S. customers now have a 15-hour window for live technical support. Globally, extending the TotalCARE technical support hours will let customers have a window during their work day to reach live support.
