Supports RF demodulator/digital TV tuner.

MediaZone_TV MediaZone supports third-party RF Demodulator/Digital TV tuner cards for insertion of cable, satellite, off-air television channels and other video feeds that viewers appreciate. Integrated control software adjusts for size, channel and scheduling of ATSC, NTSC, PAL, QAM and CATV signals. Video zone can be either full screen or any size picture-in-picture.

Compatibility

MediaZone is two-part software. MediaZone Editor is open license and works on any Windows-based computer that meets the minimum system requirements. It is the graphical user interface (GUI) for all digital signage composing and scheduling. It has a built-in communication program that transfers media playlists directly to the player(s) via FTP on a network. The second part of the software is called MediaZone Player. It is licensed per seat (CPU) and works on any Windows-based computer that meets the minimum requirements. Please note that at this time MediaZone Player only works with Windows XP-Pro. The "player" does not run on Vista. If you purchase our recommended player hardware, we install embedded XP-Pro OEM in the player. It is a specialized version of XP, but the player will run just fine on standard XP-Pro OS too.
