MediaZone Meets Digital Signage Needs for Jiffy Lube
Keywest Technology Enterprise Partner IOHI in Tulsa, OK, has created an integrated marketing campaign for Jiffy Lube that relies on MediaZone for digital signage playback and control at several franchisees’ stores nationwide.
When IOHI recently won a contract from multiple Jiffy Lube franchisees for an extensive integrated marketing campaign that includes digital signage as the centerpiece of its in-store component, the Tulsa, OK, based audio/video marketing company turned to the Keywest Technology MediaZone for reliable digital signage scheduling, playback and management.
The project, which encompasses on-hold and call messaging as well as in-store digital signage, delivers clear, consistent messaging promoting the franchisee’s products, services and specials. Promotional on-hold and call messaging is reinforced in the customer waiting area on-site with digital signage messaging.
There customers waiting for their car service to be completed can watch their favorite television shows on new LCD panels and existing monitors. However, unlike their home TVs, these displays present special Jiffy Lube ads and promotional offers played back on a regular schedule from the Keywest Technology MediaZone media server.
Tapping into the power of MediaZone, IOHI has created a customized digital signage delivery system tuned to meet the individual communications needs of participating Jiffy Lube franchisees. Using MediaZone software and a WAN connection, IOHI can monitor, manage and schedule playback at each franchisee’s shop. Content can be updated remotely by IOHI, and messages can be changed instantly to reflect new promotional items.
